Tujuannya agar siswa dan guru lebih mudah mengakses buku teks pelajaran tanpa harus membeli buku fisik yang mahal. Program ini mencakup berbagai mata pelajaran dari sekolah dasar hingga menengah atas. BSE tidak hanya memudahkan akses siswa dan guru terhadap buku-buku pelajaran, tetapi juga mendorong penggunaan teknologi dalam proses belajar.
